Fringe X: Grapevvine
Grapevvine brings together the best in Irish storytelling, spoken word, theatre and comedy to explore the art of telling stories in 2026. The platform has quickly built a loyal following, with a string of sold-out events across Kinsale, Cork City and West Cork, alongside features in the Irish Examiner and on 96FM.
A crossroads for the spoken arts, Grapevvine platforms seanchaithe, comics, writers, poets and performers from across the Irish cultural landscape. Past guests include Diarmuid Ó Drisceoil, Pat Speight, Sinéad Quinlan, Ross Browne, Daragh Fleming, Áine Gallagher and Clare Murphy.
Grapevvine’s mission is to evolve Ireland’s storytelling tradition by creating a community of artists and audiences committed to the possibilities of modern storytelling. Each night is full of performances that move, surprise and, above all, entertain, making for one of the most memorable nights of the year.
